Section 1 Acceptance of Terms & Member Eligibility

By registering an account with mega63, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age requirement set by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online wagering is prohibited by local law.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any country specifically restricted by mega63 from time to time.
• You have never had a mega63 account previously closed due to terms violations or fraud.

Mega63 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents.

Section 2 Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at mega63. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as forfeiture of accumulated balances and wins.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
• All activity occurring within your account is considered your own action, unless you report unauthorized access to us immediately.
